Trevor Gilbert is an award-winning practising expert witness employment analyst and career profiler who has specialised in the preparation of loss of earnings reports for the purposes of civil litigation for 22 years.

He is considered by many lawyers and insurance companies to be the UK's leading expert in his field. His standing was recently validated by the prestigious national Eclipse/Proclaim Personal Injury Awards in which Trevor’s expert practice won its category.

He has delivered both oral and written evidence for both employment tribunals and the civil courts and it is this unique experience he now makes available for the first time to potential lay witnesses.

Stephen Harvey QC has been practising law at the Bar since 1979, taking silk in 2006. He is listed in the prestigious Chambers UK Guide to the legal profession as a Leading Silk and has appeared in many high profile and complex cases. Stephen came to the Bar after careers in engineering, the public service and the financial world.

During the course of developing his impressive practice, Stephen has (perhaps not surprisingly) acquired a wealth of experience in the cross-examination of experts in a number of different areas and has lectured to professional witnesses on the subject of ‘The Expert Witness’. He has appeared before regulatory and disciplinary tribunals and courts martial as well as representing those same clients who find themselves before the criminal courts.
